摘要
《国务院关于大力发展职业教育的决定》和全国职业教育工作会议提出要大力发展职业教育,为电大教育的发展带来新的机遇。电大坚持多层次、多规格、多功能、多种形式办学,在职业教育中具有不可替代的作用和优势。面对大力发展职业教育的新形势新任务,电大教育工作者应当怎样转变办学观念适应形势发展的要求?电大应当怎样深化教育教学改革加快事业发展?各级电大应当怎样发挥办学优势在职业教育中更加有所作为?作者从转变办学思想和电大定位、办学模式改革、教育教学改革、师资队伍建设、学生职业能力培养和实训基地建设等五个方面提出了自己的思考和建议。
The issuance of ＂the State -council＇s Decision to Carry out the Vocational Education＂, as well as that the state conference of the vocational education put forward to make major effort to develop vocational education, benefits TV ＆ Radio University with chances and opportunities to further develop itself. TV ＆ Radio University of China, insisting on providing education according to different levels, with different specifications, for different functions, in different forms, possesses a kind of indispensable and beyond - substitutive advantages and influences. Facing the new atmosphere and the novel tasks to further develop China＇ s vocational and professional education dramatically, the author of this article puts forward a series of questions, such as, how can the pedagogues of TV ＆ Radio University manage to transfer their pedagogical ideas to adapt and conform to the requirements of the development of society？ How can TV ＆ Radio University deepen the education reformation so as to accelerate the pace of our enterprise？ How can TV ＆ Radio Universities of different levels exert their advantages overwhelmingly in the field of vocational education？ The author proclaims some suggestions from the following five aspects, changing pedagogical ideas, reconsidering the identification of TV ＆ Radio University, reforming the form of pedagogy as well as teaching and educating, building - up the faculty, training the students＇ professional skills, and establishing the professional training bases
