摘要
内蒙古学分银行于2024年5月正式成立,标志着地区教育公平、个性化学习和终身学习体系建设迈向新的阶段。强大的政策支持、教育资源整合能力、政策连续性,为学分银行的可持续发展提供了保障,国家“互联网+教育”战略的推进为学分银行的数字化转型提供了新机遇。但是,多方因素的不确定性对内蒙古学分银行的稳定发展提出了挑战。基于态势分析,该文提出了推动学分互认机制、提升教育服务能力等建议,以期帮助内蒙古学分银行在复杂多变的外部环境中保持竞争优势,实现其教育改革和发展目标。
The Inner Mongolia Credit Bank was officially established in May 2024,marking a new stage in the construction of regional education equity,personalized learning and lifelong learning system.Strong policy support,educational resource integration ability,and policy continuity have provided guarantee for the sustainable development of credit banks.The promotion of the national“Internet+education”strategy has provided new opportunities for the digital transformation of credit banks.However,the uncertainty of multiple factors poses challenges to the stable development of Inner Mongolia Credit Bank.Based on situational analysis,this article proposes suggestions to promote credit recognition mechanisms and enhance educational service capabilities,in order to help Inner Mongolia Credit Bank maintain its competitive advantage in the complex and changing external environment,and achieve its educational reform and development goals.
