摘要
在研究远程教育教师专业素养基础上,分析了当前远程教育教师专业化发展过程的中遇到的主要问题,并有针对性地提出解决策略。认为在信息技术高速发展的背景下,远程教育教师专业发展应受到关注。远程教育教师专业发展是保证远程教育教学质量的基石,也是远程教育师资队伍建设必由之路。
Based on a study of the professional qualities of teachers of long distance education, the paper analyzes the major problems in the professional development of these teachers and proposes some solutions. It is concluded that against the background of rapid development of information technology, attention should be attached to the professional development of teachers of distance education, which is the cornerstone for the teaching quality of distance education and a must for the team building of distance education.
