摘要
本文提供了一种简单快速测定植物叶片中花青素含量的分光光度方法,对美人梅和黄栌叶片中的花青素的提取和测定进行了研究,为开发和利用天然色素提供了一种有效的实验方法。
A simple and rapid analytical method for the determination of anthocyanin in leaves of plants by UV/Vis spectrophotometry was presented in this paper. An investigation on the extaction and determination of anththocyanin in leaves of Cotinus coggygra and Prunus X bliriana,i. c. MeiRen-Mei' was carried out, that provided an effective experimental method for developing and utilizing the natural pigmemts.
