摘要
采用正交试验方法对女贞果实色素的抑菌性进行试验。结果表明女贞果实色素对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌效果最好;对金黄葡萄球菌抑菌效果较好;而对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果较差。色素溶液的浓度对抑菌效果影响显著;而时间(24、48、72 h)之间差异不显著。总之,色素浓度最高、保持时间48 h时,对枯草芽孢杆菌抑菌效果最好。
Bacteriostasis of pigment of Ligustrum lucidum A it. fruit were studied by orthogonal design L9 (34).The results showed that pigment had better bacteriostasis on Bacillus snbtilis and was poor on Staphyloccus aureus, Escherichia coli ; pigment concentration effect bacteriostasis notability;difference is not notability in time. To sum up, when pigment concentration was highest and time was 2 d, its bacteriostasis was largest on Bacillus snbtilis.
