摘要
本文采用咽旁入路行大鼠垂体切除术,制作去垂体模型。术后大鼠血清PRL、TSH 明显低于术前,饮水量明显增加,体重下降。1月后处死,解剖垂体窝确认无残留垂体。同时从组织学、生物学及垂体激素水平3个方面对去垂体模型的指标进行讨论。
Hypophysectomized rat model was produced by surgery using parapharynxapproach under microscopical control.Rat serum PRL and TSH levels afteroperation were substantially lower than that before operation.It was observedthat water drinking was increased and body weight reduced in the rats.Exa-mination revealed no pituitary gland residue in sella turcica when it was killedone month postoperatively.Three criterions for hypophysectomy were dicussedby reference to histology,biology and pituitary hormone levels.
