摘要
为了解女性盆腔手术硬膜外阻滞麻醉对垂体功能的影响，将９６例子宫附件或附件切除患者按年龄分为Ａ（１７～４５岁）、Ｂ（４６～７６岁）两组。采用双抗体夹心酶免测定法，对促卵泡生成激素（ＦＳＨ）、促黄体生成激素（ＬＨ）、促甲状腺激素（ＴＳＨ）、生长激素（ＧＨ）、泌乳素（ＰＲＬ）进行测定。结果：Ｂ组ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ平均值高于Ａ组；Ａ、Ｂ两组麻醉前、后自身比较，差异无显著性意义；两组麻醉前后ＰＲＬ、ＧＨ自身比较差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．００１）；Ｂ组ＴＳＨ在麻醉后１～２ｈ分泌减少，３ｈ逐渐恢复正常。提示：女性盆腔手术硬膜外麻醉状态下ＰＲＬ、ＧＨ不受麻醉影响，仍有变化，其它几种激素无变化。但绝经期妇女麻醉状态下ＴＳＨ分泌则受抑制。
In order to find out the changes of pituiary functions in different ages, 96 patients were divided into two groups:Group A(aged 17～45)and Group B(aged 46～76). The data indicated that the levels of FSH and LH in Group B were significantly higher than those in Group A before anesthesia(P<0. 001).But the two groups were not significantly different before and after anesthesia in self-comparison. The level of TSH in Group B decreased greatly 1～2 hours after anesthesia when compared with that before anesthesia(P<0. 001) and was restored to the normal 3 hours after anesthesia.The level of TSH in Group A was not significantly different before and after anesthesia.The levels of PRL and GH in Group A and Group B were significantly different either before or 1～2 hours and 3 hours after anesthesia(P<0. 001). It suggests that PRL and GH may be two of the important hormones which are concerned with stress action. The possible causes of the changed five hormones before and after anesthesia were also discussed in the paper.
