Modified Parapharyngeal Hypophysectomy in Rats

摘要 对现有的咽旁入路大鼠垂体切除术，在麻醉方法、手术器械、术后护理方面进行了改进，缩短了手术时间，降低了手术死亡率。 A Modified method for parapharyngeal hypophysectomy in rats was described in detail.It covered the improvement in the method of anesthesia,surgical instruments and postoperation care.The results showed that it shortened the operation time and reduced the mortality after the operation.
