摘要
从医疗服务的经济学属性角度分析了医生激励机制是公立医院改革的核心,并以取消药品加成为分界,对改革前后医生激励的成本收益进行分析,建立医生效用最大化模型。提出了基于医生激励机制的公立医院改革要点,以实现公立医院的可持续发展。
We concluded that the doctor incentive mechanism was the key of public hospital reform from the perspective of the health service's economic property. We also analyzed the cost and income for doctors before and after cancelling drug price addition policy, and built doctor utility maximization model. Then we concluded the key of public hospital reform based on doctor incentive mechanism.
