荞麦芽苗菜品种及种植方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了浸种时间、栽培温度、播种密度和采收时间等因素对不同荞麦品种芽苗菜的生长、产量的影响,并且分析了不同处理条件下荞麦品种的发芽率、产量的变化。结果表明,荞麦8号吸水量最大;10℃条件下,各品种种子的发芽率最高;达到最高发芽率所需的最短时间是在25℃条件下;荞麦1号的产量最高;播种密度应控制在一定的范围内。 Effects of seed soaking time, planting temperature, seedling density and harvesting time on the growth and yield of table purposed sprouted buckwheat buds was investigated. Critical measures were proposed for buckwheat production through germination ratio and yield. The results were as following: buckwheat 8 had the largest water absorption and under l0 0C condition the varieties had the highest seed germination percentage, days required to achieve the highest germination rate was uhder 25 ℃ in / the shortest time, buckwheat 1 had the highest yield and the planting density is important to control in a proper range.
