摘要
[目的]为黑豆芽苗菜优质高产栽培提供理论依据。[方法]设计6161、2321、8472、4633、079 g/m^2 5个播种密度,研究播种密度对黑豆芽苗菜产量及蛋白质含量的影响。[结果]随着播种密度的增加,黑豆芽苗菜产量呈增加趋势,当密度大于2 463 g/m^2时,产量增长幅度趋于平缓。随着播种密度的增加,黑豆芽苗菜株高呈增加趋势,但幅度较小,当密度由1 847 g/m^2增至2 463 g/m^2时,株高有较大幅度增加。随着播种密度的增加,黑豆芽苗菜蛋白质含量总体呈下降趋势,但均在3-4 g/100 g。[结论]随着播种密度的增加,黑豆芽苗菜蛋白质含量呈下降趋势;播种密度为2 463 g/m^2时,黑豆芽苗菜的产量和生产成本比较理想。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide the theory basis for the good quality and high yield cultivation of the black bean sprout seedlings.[Method] 5 sowing densities as 616,1 232,1 847,2 463,3 079 g/m^2 were designed to study the influence of sowing density on the yield and protein content in black bean sprouts seedlings.[Result] The yield of black bean sprout seedlings was increased along with the sowing density increasing.The increase of the yield tended to slow when the sowing density was more than 2 463 g/m^2.Along with the increment of sowing density,the plant height of the black bean sprouts was increased,but the increasing extent was small,and that was increased to greater extent when the sowing density was increased from 1 847 g/m^2 to 2 463 g/m^2.Along with the increment of sowing density,the protein content of black bean sprout seedlings showed the drop tendency,being in 3-4 g/100 g.[Conclusion] Along with the increment of sowing density,the protein content of black bean sprout seedlings showed the drop tendency.The yield and the production cost of black bean sprout seedlings were more ideal when the sowing density was 2 463 g/m^2.
