摘要
以管理学科发展性评价指标体系选择为目的,从管理学科的属性特征表征入手,针对目前我国学科内涵发展的目标要求对管理学科评价的要点进一步分析,并通过分析管理教育国际认证的趋势特征,提出立足管理学科属性,结合内涵发展的经济社会对管理学科发展所提出的耦合性要求,通过增加国际化的维度,构建管理学科发展性评价的指标体系。
It is a trend for higher education to evaluate according to the different disciplines,especially for the applied disciplines.It is well known that the educational evaluation would be a signal to direct the discipline development.Here we discuss the characteristics of the management discipline,put forth that the target to evaluate the management discipline should be considerate for the appeal from economic and social development strategy,and stress that the guide of evaluation should be coupled with international viewpoint.
