摘要
分析了学科建设的内涵,提出学科内涵建设由人才培养、科学研究、学术队伍建设、物质条件建设和重点学科建设等5个要素组成。实践证明加强学科内涵建设是提高学科建设质量和重点学科建设水平的重要保证。
This paper analyzes on the connotations of disciplinary construction , and puts forward that the disciplinary connotation construction, which is cons ist of five factors such as the personnel training, the science research, the ac ademic ranks construction and the physical condition building, as well as the ma jor disciplinary construction. The practice approves that strengthening the disc iplinary connotation construction is the essential guarantee for improving the q uality of disciplinary construction and increasing the level of major disciplina ry construction.
