摘要
目的针对目前社区高血压管理存在的"三高三低"情况,开发建立社区高血压网络管理平台,探索对社区高血压管理的新方法。方法在覆盖2010年中国高血压防治指南全部内容的"高血压病专家系统"基础上根据社区特点开发建立"社区高血压网络管理平台",平台由高血压病专家系统、网络管理平台和高血压论坛三部分组成,具有诊断、治疗方案推荐、疗效评估、自定义预警、分类查询功能、统计打印六大功能,可实现医务人员与患者之间有效的双向交流和对社区高血压患者的动态双向管理。结果平台运行至今数据稳定,近期管理对象为300名,患者参与积极性高。结论本系统简单方便易行,可节省社区高血压患者就医时间,提高中青年高血压患者的依从性,减少社区高血压管理的盲区,社会效益显著。
Objective To set up community platform for hypertension network management for the current existence of the ＂three highs and three lows＂ and explore a new model of community management of patients with hypertension. Methods Based on the 2010 Chinese guidelines for managements of hypertension, a hypertension network management platform was set up. The platform composed three sections： the hypertension experts, network management and hypertension forum. It provided six serv- ices： diagnosis, recommend treatment options, efficacy evaluation, custom warning, classified consultations, statistics show and print out. It emTied out a two-way communication between doctors and patients, and a two-way dynamic management between com- munity and hypertension patients. Results High participation and stable statistics resulted with the latest 300 hypertension- pa- tients＇ review. Conclusion This platform was easy and convenient to operate and time-saving for diagnosis ;it increased middle- aged young people＇ s reliance and helped to fill the blank of community hypertension management and contributed to social devel-
