摘要
集纳米技术、生物技术、信息技术和认知科学四大高新技术于一体的会聚技术,成为时下、将来人类致力于诉求的技术共同体形态。会聚技术的提出与展开有其逻辑必然性,这种逻辑必然性可以从知识进化论的角度来把握。依照当前会聚技术的发展状况与应用实际案例,会聚技术的出发点和落脚点都被置于提升人类自身能力这个"阿基米德点"之上,因此在某种意义上,会聚技术(NBIC)是人类发展、依附与存在的未来技术样态,而对人类这一未来存在样态的审视,势必诉求一种"技术-伦理"实践的情怀。
Converging technologies is a new technology of nanotechnology, biotechnology, information technology and cognitive science convergence（NBIC）. It is a technology community which being researched in current and future. The propo-sing and unfolding of converging technology own its logical inevitability, this logical inevitability can be grasped from the perspective of the theory of knowledge evolution. According to the develop status and practice case, the start and terminal of converging technologies point to Archimedes focus of human being. Therefore, NBIC is a technology community which are relating with human＇s developing, attaching and existing. To survey this community, need a practice affection of＂ Technology-Ethics＂ practice.
