摘要
技术人工物的两重性是指技术人工物具有功能和物理结构双重属性,其探究的是技术功能与物理结构之间的关系,技术功能与设计者、使用者的意向之间的联系;在技术人工物的两重性理论被提出后,它受到了米切姆等学者对其合法性的讨论;技术人工物两重性的划分及其所探讨的设计者与使用者的意向关系,开启了"技术-伦理"实践的征程,这促使荷兰学派基于技术哲学的经验转向,开始探求技术应用伦理这个课题。
The dual nature of technical artifacts means physical structure and technical function as two natures of technical artifacts.The program consists of two research lines,the first will address the relation between technical function and physical structure,the second the relation between technical function and the intentionality of designers and users;When it comes,there are some experts inquiry it＇s legitimacy,such as Mitcham;The division of the dual nature of technical artifacts and the relation between designer and user can be considered as a beginning of ＂Technology-Ethics＂ practice,this situation let the School of Dutch study technology applied ethics in the background of ＂empirical turn in the philosophy of technology＂.
