摘要
会聚技术是认知科学家的思想、纳米科学家的制造能力、生物科学家的使用能力、信息科学家的监控能力的全新组合。以提升人的能力为宗旨的会聚技术的提出及其进展,标志着对人本身的改造成为科技的重要方向。会聚技术的进展既是科技发展存在惯性作用也是体制助推的结果。“人-机”接口的突破与“电子人”的诞生开辟了以生物、物理方式促使人类智力进化的新进程。这隐含着对包括个人隐私在内的传统伦理与社会运行规则和方式的全面创新。
Converging technologies is a series of new combinations with nanotechnology, biotechnology, information technology and cognitive science in pioneering fields. It mainly aims to put mankind＇s ability and intelligence evolution forward by biological and physical methods. Innovation in terms of person - machine conjunctive technology has been changing man＇s ability and intelligence and making a new lease of life, cyborg that has certain physiological processes aided or controlled by mechanical or electronic devices, and break through social rule, life style and ethics involving personal privacy today.
