摘要
作者利用大鼠异位心脏移植模型探讨了中药雷公藤多甙(TⅡ)对移植心存活时间的影响,并利用淋巴细胞转化试验检测了应用TⅡ后大鼠T淋巴细胞功能状态。结果表明:腹腔注射25mg/(kg·d)TⅡ能够延长大鼠异位移植心存活时间。该剂量连续用药20天,大鼠脾细胞淋巴细胞转化受到抑制,而对肝、肾、胸腺、脾及外周血白细胞分类计数无明显影响。
The effects of Total Glycosides of Tripterygium Wilfordii (T_(II)), a traditional Chinese medicine, on heteratropic heart allograft and lymphocyte trensformation of spleen cell were investigated in rat. The results show that (1) T_(II) can prolong the mean survival time (MST) of rat heart allografts: (2) T_(II) can inhibit T lymphocyte multiplication, and this may be one major mechanisms of T_(II) actions.
In addition, hepatotoxic, or nephrototoxic action and the influence on peripheral blood WBC count are not found in T_(II) treatment.
