摘要
在免疫抑制剂筛选过程中分别采用Ono氏模型和Lee氏模型行大鼠心脏移植106例和88例,探讨分析了两种模型的特点与存在的问题。结果表明,Lee氏模型在模型制作、供心保护及防止术后并发症等方面均优于Ono氏模型,是目前大鼠异位心脏移植中可靠而稳定的模型之一。
Lee's model having only aortoaortic anastomosis and Ono's model having an aortoaortic and a pulmonary arteryinferior vena cava anastomoses were adopted respectively in 88 and 106 heterotopic rat heart transplantations.Some improvements to both models were made in the experiments.Comparison made between the two heterotopic rat heart transplant models showed that the improved Lee's model has more advantages in the establishment of the model,the protection of the donor heart and the prevention of the postoperative complications,and is more reliable and stable.
