摘要
目的探讨联合应用硅胶假体和臀沟真皮脂肪片进行隆鼻和鼻尖成形的方法和临床效果。方法取一侧臀沟真皮脂肪片，将其与假体鼻尖缝合，放置于鼻背深筋膜或皮下，增加鼻背和鼻尖组织的高度。自2008年1月至2011年10月，共对21例求美者施行隆鼻术及鼻尖成形术。结果本组21例求美者，术后随访2～3年，鼻部整形的效果佳，形态自然美观。无严重并发症，术后切口恢复快。结论将臀沟真皮脂肪片应用于鼻部整形，能改善鼻背和鼻尖的形态，可有效避免硅胶假体直接作用于鼻尖皮肤而引起的并发症。
Objective To explore the approach and clinical effect of rhinoplasty and nasal tip plasty im- planted by the dermis fat piece of gluteal suleus combined with prosthesis. Methods A lateral leather fat film of the gluteal sulcus was harvested, then sutured with the prosthesis tip, and placed in the nasal dorsum deep fascia and subcutaneous, in order to increase the height of dorsum and nose tip. From January 2008 to October 2011, totally 21 patients were performed the operation mentioned above. Results After 2 to 3 years follow-up, all 21 cases received satisfactory results of nature nose shape and short recovery time without serious postopera- tive complications. Conclusion Application of leather fat film of the gluteal sulcus in rhinoplasty can improve the nasal dorsum and the nasal tip shape, which can also prevent complications of the silicone prosthesis direct- ly effect on the nasal tip skin.
