摘要
目的:探讨包皮环切术治疗老年人包皮过长和包茎的临床效果。方法:30例老年人(68～78岁)行包皮环切术。结果:30例患者1期愈合,阴茎自然美观,不适感消失,无并发症,术后痛苦少,恢复满意,患者性生活满意度提高。结论:包皮环切术治疗老年人包皮过长和包茎效果满意。
Objective： To explore the effects of circumcision on redundant prepuce and phimosis in elderly patients. Methods： 30 patients（ aged of 68-78 years old） with redundant prepuce or phimosis underwent circumcision. Results： After circumcision, the appearance of penis was normal, discomfort disap- peared, no complications occurred, and the postoperative pain was tolerable, patients satisfaction with sex life were increased. Conclusion： Circumcision is effective on redundant prepuce and phimosis in elderly patients.
