摘要
目的:探讨自体真皮脂肪块移植在奥美定不良隆鼻取出致鼻背塌陷修复中作为填充材料的可行性及效果。方法:切取自体臀部或腹部真皮脂肪复合组织块(7.0cm×1.0cm×1.0cm)作为填充材料,对21例因奥美定不良隆鼻取出致鼻背塌陷者进行修复治疗,酌情结合耳廓软骨移植,重塑鼻背、鼻尖的良好形态。结果:本组共21例治疗对象,术后移植组织存活良好,切口均Ⅰ期愈合且痕迹不明显;经1年随访,鼻外形改善满意。结论:以自体厚真皮脂肪复合组织块或结合耳廓软骨移植修复注射奥美定不良隆鼻取出致鼻背塌陷,效果满意,无排异反应等,患者易于接受。
Objective To investigate feasibility and therapeutic effect when the autologous dermal fat graft composite tissue blocks as filling material is used to repair the nasal dorsum collapse which is leaded by removing injected amazingel. Methods Cutting the autologous dermal fat graft composite tissue blocks from buttocks or abdomen （7.0cmx1.0cmx 1.0cm）, as filling material,to repair the collapsing of 21 cases of nasal dorsum leaded by removing injected amazingeI.According to different cases we also use auricular cartilage graft to reshape the good form of nasal dorsum and tip of the nose. Results We have repaired the nasal dorsum and tip of 21 patients whose collapsed nasal dorsum,dermal-fat composite tissue survived well,the incisions are I staged healed,and the incision trace is not obvious.After one year follow -up,the shape of nose is improved satisfaction. Conclusion The effect is satisfactory, which repair collapsed nasal dorsum with autologous dermal-fat or a combination of composite ear cartilage tissue graft.The material is easily obtained and it has no rejection reactions, patients are easy to accept it.
