摘要
目的研究奥洛他定滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法将136例过敏性结膜炎患者随机分为奥洛他定联合普拉洛芬组82例及单纯奥洛他定组54例,进行治疗,观察治疗前后患者症状与体征的变化情况,评价临床疗效。结果治疗结束后,两组患者的症状和体征均得到显著的改善,奥洛他定联合普拉洛芬组与单纯奥洛他定组的总有效率分别为97.6%及88.9%,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间未观察到明显的不良反应。结论奥洛他定滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎具有较好的临床疗效和安全性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of olopatadine combined with pranoprofen eyedrops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. Methods A total of 136 patients with allergic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into treatment group （82 patients received olopatadine combined with pranoprofen eyedrops） and control group （54 patients received only olopatadine eyedrops） to carry out the treatment,and clinical efficacy was evaluated at the end of the treatment. Results At the time of the end of therapy,the symptoms and physical signs were significantly improved,and the total effectiveness rates of two groups were 97.6% and 88.9%,respectivly.There were significant difference between the treatment group and control group （P 0.05）.During the treatment period,no adverse reactions were found. Conclusion Olopatadine combined with pranoprofen eyedrops was effective and safe in the treatment of patients with allergic conjunctivitis.
