过敏性结膜炎药物治疗研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 过敏性结膜炎是一类常见的眼表过敏性疾病,其主要由Ⅰ型及Ⅳ型变态反应引起。药物是本类疾病的主要治疗手段,局部用药可为病变部位提供更高的药物浓度,起效更快、更好,且可避免全身用药引起的副作用。近来局部治疗过敏性结膜炎的药物种类明显增多,给临床治疗提供了更多选择。这些药物包括抗组胺药、血管收缩剂(减少充血剂)及其复方制剂、肥大细胞稳定剂、双效抗组胺药、非甾体抗炎药和糖皮质激素,其中0.2%奥洛他定滴眼液是首个每日1次的双效抗组胺药。因此进一步开发长效、高效和耐受性良好的抗过敏滴眼剂对于提高患者用药的方便性和依从性意义重大。同时,对于局部使用某些免疫抑制剂治疗严重的顽固性的春季角结膜炎和特应性角结膜炎的有效性和安全性的评价还需要进行多中心大样本的临床观察。
