不同剂量的黄体酮治疗无排卵性月经失调的疗效观察和对比研究 被引量：15

摘要 目的研究不同剂量黄体酮治疗无排卵性月经失调的疗效和体会。方法对分别每天给予100、200、300和400mg的黄体酮口服无排卵性月经失调的治疗效果进行观察、分析和讨论。结果将四组撤药性出血率、阴道出血量评分、出血持续时间、子宫内膜厚度、不良反应和治疗依从性等方面进行比较，P〉0．05，无明显差异；但200和300mg组的子宫内膜接近正常，不良反应较少。结论每天使用100～400mg剂量的黄体酮治疗无排卵性月经失调，均能达到撤退性出血的疗效；但200mg和300mg两组的疗效相对较好。
