摘要
子宫内膜异位症(内异症)是雌激素依赖性疾病,好发于生育年龄。患有内异症伴有轻度症状,同时需要避孕的妇女,复方口服避孕药是一种较好的选择。单孕激素制剂更适用于患有内异症剖宫产后哺乳期妇女。对内异症伴有疼痛、生育后或暂时不要求生育的妇女,曼月乐宫内节育器不失为一种避孕和治疗双重作用的有效手段。
Endometriosis is a estrogen-dependent disease and most frequently occurs in child-beating age. Estrogen-progestin contraceptions is a good choice for women with symptoms who also need contraception. Single-progestin contraception is more appropriate for women with endometriosis during lactation. The levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine device may be an option that may have particular value for women contraception and for relieving pain in women with deeply infiltrating recto-vaginal endometriosis
