摘要
对可应用于过热汽温控制系统中的变参数控制、自校正—Smith预估控制、模糊控制、状态变量—PID控制等几种典型控制策略进行了简要介绍和分析,并给出了它们的分散控制系统实现方法。仿真研究和工程实践都证明:这些典型控制策略有利于克服过热汽温对象的大惯性、大迟延特性,能取得优于常规PID串级控制系统的控制品质。
The principles of sevral typical control strategies of the superheated steam temperature control system are introduced and analyzed briefly in this paped, such as variable parameter control, self-tuning Smith predictive control, fuzzy control and state variable-PID control. Their implementation in the Distributed Control System is given. It shows both by simulation and by practice that they are capable of overcoming the large lag time and dead time of the superheated steam tempefature, thus can obtain beder performance than the conventional PID cascade control strategy.
