摘要
在分析循环流化床(CFB)锅炉主蒸汽温度被控对象动态特性的基础上,基于鲁棒控制理论设计了一种实际微分PID控制器,并构建了一种基于模糊控制理论的负荷自适应控制系统。该控制系统在克服CFB锅炉主蒸汽温度大迟延的同时,可根据负荷变化量在线自动调整实际微分PID控制器的参数。仿真结果表明,基于模糊控制的负荷自适应控制较常规PID控制效果更好,对主蒸汽温度控制具有较好的控制品质和较强的自适应能力。
On the basis of analysis on dynamic characteristics of the controlled main steam temperature in circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boilers,the robust control theory was employed to design an incomplete differential PID controller.Moreover,a fuzzy control theory based load adaptive control system was established,which can overcome the large delay of main steam temperature in CFB boilers,and conduct online self-adjusting on parameters of the incomplete differential PID controller according to the load change.The simulation results show that,compared with the conventional PID controller,this new fuzzy control theory based load adaptive controller had better control effect,higher control quality and stronger adaptive capacity.
