摘要
通过对一种再热汽温系统的分析,针对大滞后再热汽温系统,在对PID算法进行分析的基础上,提出了智能积分的改进措施,并对系统的实际投运进行了几点改进,包括定值偏置、一种自动情况下的调节器跟踪,变化比例带及积分时间。通过利用T640控制器的实现,效果良好。
Based on the analyses on the reheated steam temparature system, an improved PID controller with intelligent integral function is proposed to deal with the large time-delay associated with the system. Several measures, including setpoint bias, tracking method for the controller in 'AUTO' mode, changes to proportional band and integral time, have been taken to improve the system′s operating performances. The proposed algorithm has been realized with T640 controller. The operating results are satisfying.
