摘要
专利是企业可持续发展的重要内容,中小企业专利活动在全社会专利活动中具有十分重要的地位。通过对调查数据的分析,发现中小企业专利活动在专利结构、实施方式以及管理制度等方面存在一些问题,并利用方差分析等方法对影响因素进行分析,针对问题,从外部环境和企业自身两个角度提出改进措施。
The patent has become integral contents of sustainable development of enterprises. And the SMEs＇ patent ac- tivities play an important role in the whole society. The author finds some problems in the patent structure, implemention and management system of SEMs＇ patent by analyzing the survey data, and then analyzes the influencing factors using methods such as analysis of variance. Last some improvement measures are proposed against the problems.
