摘要
目的探讨社区类风湿关节炎中西医结合护理干预的可行性。方法对广东省韶关市武江区105例类风湿关节炎患者采用中西医护理知识技能教育、家庭护理教育、饮食保健和中医药护理等中西医结合护理干预，比较干预前后的效果。结果105例社区类风湿关节炎患者在中西医结合护理干预前后中西医护理知识掌握程度、遵医行为及生活质量评分有显著性差异，P〈0．05；血沉、类风湿因子分别进行t检验，均有显著性差异，P〈0．01，干预后平均值下降。结论对社区类风湿关节炎患者进行中西医结合护理干预能提高患者的认知能力和自我管理能力，减轻患者痛苦，提高患者的生存质量，值得推广。
Objective To explore the feasibility of nursing intervention with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis in communities. Methods 105 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in Wujiang district of Shaoguan received nursing intervention with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine including education on knowledge and skills of integrated Chinese and Western medicine, family care education, dietary, and traditional Chinese and Western nursing. The effect was compared after intervention. Results Knowledge of nursing, treatment compliance, and scores for quality of life differed significantly in 105 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in communities after nursing intervention with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine （ P〈 0.05 ）. Levels of blood sedimentation and rheumatoid factors declined significantly on t test after intervention （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Nursing intervention with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis in communities can enhance the abilities of cognition and self-management, relieve pain, and improve quality of life in patients. It is worth popularizing.
