摘要
目的探索健康教育对母乳喂养的影响。方法采用产前、产后健康教育以及指导自我护理,出院前帮助产妇完成接受→认知→参与→自觉行为过程,并调查实施前后纯母乳喂养率,母亲患病情况,新生儿生理性体质量丢失情况。结果提高了纯母乳喂养率,减少了母亲患病情况,新生儿生理性体质量丢失减少。结论健康教育对成功实施母乳喂养有十分重要的作用。
Objective To explore the influence of health education in breast feeding. Methods Antepartum and postpartum health education and self-instructed nursing were used. Before discharge, the parturients were assisted to live through the process of acceptance→recognition→participation→consciousness. The rate for pure breast feeding before and after education, the health of parturients and the loss of neonatal physical constitution were investigated. Results After health education, the pure breast feeding rate was increased, the chances for parturients becoming ill were reduced and the loss of neonatal physical constitution was also reduced. Conclusion Health education plays a key role in breast feeding.
