摘要
目的研究祛风通痹汤联合温针灸治疗风湿寒性关节痛的效果。方法将本院2017年9月至2018年7月收治的风湿寒性关节痛患者72例按不同治疗方式分为对照组和研究组,各36例。对照组采用双氯芬酸钠治疗,研究组采用祛风通痹汤联合温针灸治疗,对比两组患者疼痛评分与治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.259,P=0.796),但1、2个疗程结束后,研究组疼痛评分优于对照组(t=7.304、11.302,均P=0.000)。研究组治疗总有效率91.67%,对照组77.78%(χ^2=7.454,P=0.006)。结论祛风通痹汤联合温针灸治疗风湿寒性关节痛患者能够有效改善患者疼痛,提高治疗效果,值得应用。
Objective To study the efficacy of Qufeng Tongbi decoction combining needle warming moxibustion for rheumatic and cold arthralgia. Methods 72 patients with rheumatic and cold arthralgia treated at our hospital from September, 2017 to July, 2018 were selected, and divided into a control group (n=36) and a study group (n=36) according to different therapies. The control group were treated with diclofenac sodium, and the study group with Qufeng Tongbi decoction and needle warming moxibustion. The pain scores and therapeutic effects were compared between these two groups. Results Before the treatment, there was no statistical difference in the pain score between these two groups (P > 0.05). After one and two treatment courses, the pain scores were better in the study group than in the control group (both P < 0.05). The total effective rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (91.67% vs. 77.78%, P < 0.05). Conclusion Qufeng Tongbi decoction combining needle warming moxibustion for rheumatic and cold arthralgia is effective.
