摘要
目的:了解上海市儿童福利机构内孤残婴幼儿社会适应行为能力的现状以及影响因素,以提高孤残儿童的社会适应能力,为回归社会打下基础。方法:采用左启华等修订的《婴儿-初中生社会生活适应能力量表》,对上海市儿童福利机构内300名孤残婴幼儿进行社会适应性行为测评和系统分析。结果:上海市儿童福利机构孤残婴幼儿总体社会适应能力发展明显落后;各年龄组儿童社会适应能力随年龄增长呈增长趋势,组间比较具有统计学意义,早期接受各种干预的孤残婴幼儿社会适应能力得分与未进行干预的孤残婴幼儿相比较有显著差异性。结论:上海市儿童福利机构孤残婴幼儿社会适应能力的发展水平较低,且早期干预对其有明显影响。
Objective： To study the status of the society adaption capability （SAC） of the abandoned infants and toddlers, to improve their SAC and help them to go back to the society. Methods：Use The SAC scale of infant to middle school students＇which is designed by ZUO Qi hua etc. to analysis the SAC of 300 abandoned infants and toddlers in Shanghai childreng welfare institution. Re sults： The SAC of the abandoned infants and toddlers in Shanghai children＇s welfare institution is obviously delayed, the SAC is in creased by the growing age, there is obviously difference between the children who get early intervention and who did not get it. Con clusions： The SAC of the abandoned infants and toddlers in Shanghai childreng welfare institution is lower than regular children, the early intervention will affect it.
