摘要
目的:了解社区开展基公共卫生服务的居民满意度现状,探索不同级别地区开展基本公共卫生服务的效果。方法:采取随机抽样的方法,对前来社区卫生服务机构就诊的居民进行满意度问卷调查。结果:居民对9项基本公共卫生服务的满意程度良好,但某些项目开展的情况仍有不足。结论:针对不足进行分析并提出相关建议,为社区卫生服务机构更好地为居民提供有效的服务提供依据。
Objective：To find out the status of satisfaction of residents to the basic public health services, and to explore the effect of the basic pubhc health care.. Method： Choesmg random sampling and questionnaire survey was taken on satisfaction of residents to commumty health service. Results： The survey results show that the good level of satisfaction of residents to the basic public health services, but still some projects are inadequate. Conclusions： These deficiencies and recommendations for better community health service institutions to provide effective services for residents.
