摘要
本研究根据跨文化交际理论模型,对270名来华汉语学习者的跨文化敏感度和跨文化效能感进行了实证调查,结果发现来华汉语学习者的跨文化敏感与跨文化效能的内部发展是不平衡的,来自不同国家和地区的汉语学习者之间的跨文化交际能力也存在着显著性差异,欧美学生的自我感觉要普遍好于东亚和东南亚的学生。汉语学习者的跨文化敏感各构成要素之间存在着显著相关,跨文化敏感又与跨文化效能之间存在着相互影响、相互制约的关系,这为国际汉语教师如何全面提高汉语学习者的跨文化交际能力带来了启示。
Based on Chen and Starosta＇ s theoretical models of intercultural competence, this study is conducted to investigate the intercultural sensitivity and effectiveness of 270 foreign learners of Chinese in China. The results show that the internal development of intercultural sensi- tivity and effectiveness is uneven. There are significant differences among learners from various countries and regions. European and American learners show stronger intercultural sensitivity and effectiveness than Asian learners. It is found that the five dimensions of intercultural sensitivity are significantly correlated. The intercuhural sensitivity interacts with the intercultural effective- ness. These findings provide teachers of Chinese with some revelations on how to enhance foreign learners＇ intercultural competence.
