英语专业研究生跨文化敏感度测评——广西师范大学个案研究 被引量：2

摘要 跨文化敏感度是跨文化交际能力中的情感面向,它是一个独立的概念,包括以下因素:自尊,自控,开明,移情,互动参与和理性判断(Chen&Starosta,2000)。Chen&Starosta所设计的"跨文化敏感度量表"反映了跨文化敏感的五个因子:在跨文化交际活动中的差异认同感、交际参与度、交际愉悦感、交际专注度、交际信心。本研究使用Chen和Starosta所设计的"跨文化敏感度量表"对广西师范大学外国语学院2010级102名英语专业研究生进行测评和分析,以测评受试者的跨文化敏感度水平及五个因子的实际水平。
