摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法 ,测定与分析了海南岛 8种药用植物的POD同工酶活性比、酶谱带数、迁移率 (Rf)及量值变化程度 ,结果表明 :药用植物种类、部位不同 ,各POD活性、酶谱带位迁移与分布也随之差异明显 .
In this report,by using the method of polyacrylamide ge l electrophoresis,the author determined and analysed the peroxidase isoenzyme ac tivity,rate of flow (R f),enzyme content,and distribution of eight kinds o f medicinal plants which were from different varities.The results showed that th e varying level of the band-place migration of the peroxidase isoenzyme band an d the activity of enzyme closely related to the different species and changed o bviously.
