不同地理种源大百合(Cardiocrinum giganteum)过氧化物酶同工酶分析

摘要 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对云南哀牢山十里河、云龙县新塘乡及临沧市凤翔镇3个大百合居群39个样品的过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶进行了研究,并依据不同居群间酶带特征分析了不同地理种源大百合(Cardiocrinum giganteum)的遗传多样性。结果表明,临沧种源和云龙种源的遗传差异较小,而十里河种源和临沧种源的遗传差异较大,居群内具有丰富的遗传多样性。 An analysis of 39 kinds of the POD isoenzyme of Cardiocrinum giganteum from 3 different populations were carried out by PAGE electrophoresis. And on the basis of the different characteristics of these varieties among enzyme belts, genetic diversity of Cardiocrinum giganteum was studied. The results showed that the genetic difference was smaller between Lincang source and Yunlong source, but it was larger between Shili River source and Lincang source. And genetic diversity was abundant within population.
