摘要
基于自然灾害基本单元 ,运用“自下而上”与“自上而下”相结合的方法进行自然灾害综合区划 ,是提高自然灾害区划精度的重要方法 .运用地理信息技术 ,实现了基本单元的边界提取和属性数据生成 ,并引用空间邻接系数 ,对传统聚类分析作了改进 ,实现了“自下而上”区划方法中的全部运算过程 ,使得这一区划方法具有可操作性和实用性 .
s Natural disaster regionalization is the key point of natura l disaster science. The crucial point to strengthen this one is the comprehensive regionalization combined “bottom-up” method with “top-down” one, based on theory of natural disaster basic unit. Employed the geographical information tec hnologies, this paper achieved the boundary creation and attribute data of basic units, and improved the traditional clustering analysis referred to the spatial neighboring index (SNI). Based on this, this paper achieved all of the natural disaster regionalization process along with GIS, made this work operable and pra cticable.
