二维NOE实验测定分子内相关时间的研究与应用
摘要
为得到分子内部较为准确的结构,通过测定二维(2D)核Overhauser效应(NOE)谱中交叉峰与对角峰强度比的方法,经变温2D NOE实验,找出分子中刚性部位,结合Stokes-Einstein-Debye经验公式得出分子运动的相关时间,以此作为分子中刚性部分的相关时间,从而得出刚性部位的核间距。
