摘要
主要探讨用核磁共振研究化学动力学、弛豫和原子核Overhauser效应及其在分子溶液构象和提取动力学参数中的实验和理论方法以及其中存在的问题,包括J耦合对动态核磁共振研究的影响并给出一些简单应用例子。
MR theories, experiments and some problenis in study of chemical kineties, relax-ations and Nuclcar Overhauser effects and their applications to extract the dynamicalparametere are reviewed in which the effect of J coupling on dynamic NMR experi-ments is discusaed. Some examples of dynamic NMR spectroscopy are given.
