FCC催化剂的钒危害与捕钒剂研究II.稀土和无机矿物材料作为捕钒剂 被引量:4

Study on the Vanadium Poisoning & VTrap in FCC Catalyst II. Employing Inorganic Minerals & Rare Earth Metals as VTrap

摘要 采用 XRD、Pyridine- IR、MAT微反活性评价等方法 ,研究了稀土和含有 Ca O、Mg O的天然无机矿物材料如海泡石、凹凸棒土、白云石等对钒破坏作用的抑制。结果表明 ,无机矿物材料的加入保护了催化剂的晶体结构和酸性及活性 ,其中以白云石和凹凸棒土联合使用的效果最好 ;稀土的加入方式是其能否发挥捕钒剂作用的关键因素。在捕钒剂研究中 ,采用 V2 O5 做钒源和先载钒、后加入捕钒剂混合 ,然后水热处理的实验方法的正确性有待探讨 ,这种方法将夸大捕钒剂的性能。 Using XRD、pyridineIR、MAT, the Vtrapping potentials of some inorganic minerals containing CaO、MgO such as sepiolite, dolomite, attapulite & rare earth metals were discussed. As a result, such materials will protect crystal structure, acidity, activity of FCC catalysts and the union employing of dolomite & attapulite has the best effect; because of the lower purity of the sepiolite, the incorporation of sepiolite and rare earth has inferior performance than that of sepiolite itself. After addition, the acid distribution of catalyst was modified by the Vtrap. The way of introducing rare earth to catalysts as a Vtrap has important influence on its effect, for rare earth will sometimes accelerate the vanadium harm to the catalysts. Using V_2O_5 as the source of vanadium & adding Vtrap after V contamination were discussed. These test methods perhaps give incorrect results for it's unlike the real situation of the commercial plant.
