摘要
在HCIO4介质中用光度法研究了抗坏血酸 (HR)与钒 (Ⅴ )氧化还原反应动力学 .通过考察溶液酸度和抗坏血酸浓度对动力学过程的影响 ,求得反应速率方程为-d[H2 R]/dt=k[V(Ⅴ ) ][HR][H+].在 2 5 2℃、μ =1 .0mol/L时 ,反应速率常数k=( 1 .2 2± 0 0 6 )× 1 0 3 (mol/L) -1·min-1;在氧化剂过量情况下 ,抗坏血酸与钒 (Ⅴ )的化学反应计量方程式为HR + 2V(Ⅴ )→R + 2V(Ⅳ ) +H+;
The kinetics and mechanism of oxidation reduction reaction between ascorbic acid(HR) and vanadium(Ⅴ) in perchloric acid have been studied by spectro photometry at 25.2℃. The rate equation of reaction is -d[H 2R]/d t=k [V(Ⅴ)][HR][H +] by investigating the influence of concentration and acidity on the reaction, and k =(1.22±0.06)×10 6(mol/L) -1 min -1 under ionic strength μ=1 0 mol/L. The stoichiometric equation between HR and V(Ⅴ) is HR+2V(Ⅴ)→R+2V(Ⅳ)+H + in excess of oxidizing agent. A possible mechanism of reaction has been suggested on the basis of the kinetics results.
