摘要
研究了在活化剂柠檬酸的存在下 ,钒 催化溴酸钾氧化三溴偶氮胂褪色反应特性 ,测定了反应级数和反应速率方程 ,拟定了反应的最佳条件 ,建立了测定痕量钒的新方法。该法灵敏度为 7.78× 10 -12 g mL ,线性范围为 0~ 8× 10 -9g mL ,用于测定人发中的痕量钒 ,结果令人满意。
The decolorizing reaction of tribromo arsenazo (TBA) in the presence of potassium bromate and citric acid with vanadium? as catalyst and its application for the determination of trace vanadium? were studied. The sensitivity is 7.78×10 -12 g/mL and linear range is 0~8×10 -9 g/mL for vanadium?. The method has been applied to the determination of trace vanadium in human hair with satisfactory results.
