摘要
采用羰基化合物与羟胺合成路线制备了工业锅炉用水新型除氧剂乙醛肟。红外光谱官能团特征吸收频率的检测结果及熔点的测定数值确证了合成产物。对乙醛肟水中除氧反应的动力学过程进行了研究,采用微分法确定了该反应的级数Β=1;得到了实际应用的4组温度条件下的除氧反应速率常数;根据阿仑尼乌斯公式计算乙醛肟除氧反应的表观活化能E=83.14kJ/mol.
presents the synthesis of Acetaldoxime (AO) as a new deoxidiser for boiler water by carbonyl compound and hydroxylamine reaction, identifies the synthetic product by infrared spectrum, indicates that the order of the reaction kinetics on Acetaldoxime's deoxidising oxygen in water isβ=1, obtains four rate constants at different temperatures, and calculates the activation energy according to Arrhenius equation which is 83.14 kJ/mol.
