Dynamic model and simulation of hydrogenation reaction process of PTA

摘要 精对苯二甲酸是聚酯工业的原料,其生产对化工工业的发展至关重要。故本文从精对苯二甲酸装置加氢反应过程的机理出发,采用ASPEN DYNAMICS过程模拟软件建立了加氢反应过程的动态模型;并根据实际工况数据,对加氢反应动力学参数进行了校正。据此,本文仔细考察了加氢反应器参数对反应的影响,得出温度、压力、对羧基苯甲醛、对羟甲基苯甲酸、对甲基苯甲酸浓度等随反应器床层高变化分布曲线。当反应器的床层高不断变大,加氢反应不断进行时,温度、压力、反应物及反应产物的变化曲线和实际较为吻合。另外,基于动态模型,分析了生产负荷变得情况下反应过程的动态响应,讨论了对羧基苯甲醛、对羟甲基苯甲酸、对甲基苯甲酸浓度等反应产物的动态响应特性。反应物中除对羧基苯甲醛呈拟二阶响应外,其余都表现为一阶响应。本文又引入了工业装置加氢反应器压力控制方案,并对其进行了控制性能的仿真分析,结果表明:加氢反应器控制方案在变负荷情况下,可以通过调整反应器压力保持对苯二甲酸中对羧基苯甲醛浓度的稳定。 Purified terephthalic acid is a very important raw material in the polyester industry, and its production relates to national economic lifelines. Based on the reaction mechanism, the dynamic model of PTA hydrogenation reaction process is established using ASPEN DYNAMICS software; and according to the data of actual conditions, the hydrogenation reaction kinetics parameter has got corrected. So the paper examine the hydrogenation reactor structure carefully and get the distribution curve of temperature, pressure, 4-carboxybenzaldehyde, 4-Hydroxy methyl benzoic acid, and 4-Methylbenzoic acid. When the reactor bed becomes larger and the hydrogenation reaction is ongoing, the curves are all consistent of actual result. Furthermore, in the dynamic model, with the variation of production load, the dynamic response of the hydrogenation process and response characteristics of 4-carboxybenzaldehyde, 4-Hydroxy methyl benzoic acid, and 4-Methylbenzoic acid is analyzed. In these response curves, only the response of 4-carboxybenzaldehyde is second-order. So, the pressure controller of the reactor is brought in and studied. The result shows that the control strategy can ensure to maintain stability of the concentration of 4-carboxybenzaldehyde while the reacting load is varied.
