摘要
在前期工作的基础上,中石油西南油气田公司天然气研究院在重庆天然气净化总厂忠县分厂II套超级克劳斯装置上开展了硫化氢选择性氧化制硫催化剂CT6-9的工业应用试验。催化剂工业应用量为1.7 t。装置考核结果表明,运转三个多月后,超级克劳斯反应器使用CT6-9催化剂平均硫回收率达到了85.72%,略高于运行初期的进口催化剂,表明国产超级克劳斯催化剂的首次工业应用获得成功。
Based on the earlier stage research. Research Institute of Natural Gas Technology applies the H2S selective oxidation catalyst CT6-9 in the No. 2 SuperClaus unit in Zhongxian branch of Chongqing natural gas purification plant general. The catalyst dosage is about 1.7t. The running results of the unit show that the sulfur recovery ratio reaches 85. 72% after more than three months running, a bit more higher than the imported catalyst in its initial stage. This means the successful industrial application of domestic SuperClaus catalyst for the first time.
