摘要
金川铜镍矿是我国一座大型的镍铜多金属共生的硫化矿床,综合利用价值很高。本文介绍了该铜镍矿矿石的矿物组成及矿物间的嵌布关系;并从矿石氧化、矿石蚀变、胶结充填料、一矿区和二矿区矿石性质及MgO含量的差异等方面,论述了这些因素对硫化矿镍铜可浮性的影响,对今后进一步开展提高选矿镍铜指标、降低精矿中MgO含量的新工艺研究大有裨益。
Jinchuan copper-nickel mine a large scale polymetallic sulphide deposit with high comprehensive utilization. The paper investigated mineral compositions of the ore and the associations between the minerals. Based on the investigations the factors influencing copper and nickel floatabilties were discussed, including ore oxidation rate, ore metamorphosing, cementation filling material, ore properties of deposit area one and two as well as MgO content and so on. The discussions are very helpful for a further study on new technology to enhance Cu-Ni flota- tion performances and reduce the MgO content in concentrates.
