摘要
将全部国有企业视作一个系统，分析了该系统的功能、结构、环境及其演化模式，认为在市场经济条件下，国有企业的改革实际上就是要求国有企业系统进行结构改革，功能重新定位，以适应新的运行环境。还从系统维生的角度就国企改革提出了若干构想。
State-owned enterprises were regarded as a system. Its function, structure, environment and evolution model wcrc analysed. The authors think that the reform of state-owned enterprises actually requires the system to changc Its structure and to reposition its function in order to suit with the new environment under market economy. Finally, some ideas on the rcform of the state-owned enterprises were put forward from the viewpoint of system maintcmance.
